On Sunday, July 6, 2008, D lost her Grandpa. Although tragic and unexpected, he died peacefully. He leaves behind a large family of loved ones, including D, his first born grandchild. He will be greatly missed.....As fate would have it, D was able to see him just last month and was able to take a picture with him (and Grandma), one of only a few pictures of them together that she has....

Oh Dawnie, I'm so sorry about your Grandpa. My granddad died about 6 years ago, also unexpectedly. Thank goodness you got a chance to see him before he passed.
