It's been a while....

Sorry, it has been a while since we have posted. Life has been busy, and we were both icky sick for a bit but getting better now!

For those who don't already know, our first attempt was not successful. But, we do plan on trying again in the coming weeks. =)

We are heading to see the family in Virginia and can't wait to meet Maddox!

Send us good vibes....!!!

Only a few more days of this anxious wait! I hope to be able to tell D good news when she gets home on Sunday. I am hopeful, and everyone's good wishes and baby dust helps a lot. Aside from extreme fatigue and some more moodiness (which, both for me, could be any day LOL, but seems to be a tad more intense), I feel fine and no "symptoms" for the last couple of days. However things go, we are still blessed to have each other and our friends and family for support.

For now....we get to show off our nephew...Maddox. Take a look see (up top because I cant figure out how to get it below here....)

One week down.....

First off, Congrats to M & A on the arrival of their first born -- bouncing, healthy baby boy weighing in at 6 pounds 8 ounces. Mother and baby, and daddy, are doing fine. We are excited to see all of them in less than a month!

As for us...well it's been a week. A LONG week! We become so accustomed to having answers right at hand through the internet, phones, etc.... But with this, you just WAIT. AND WAIT! Positive signs, however.....I got sick out of no where last night. Yes, I've been having some heartburn, but BAM....just like that, sick twice. I never get sick like that. And a little "hormonal" (thanks, honey, for the kinder term than "bitchy" or "moody"). Yes, I admit it, I was moody yesterday. But I am feeling just fine today. A little tired, but what's new.

So, for now, we continue to wait. We will continue to burn our candle, rub the pig, and carry the milagros. =)

Happy 2008!

2007 Ended very well.....as some of you may know....we had our first attempt on Monday night. Hey, what a way to send off 2007. Now, we just wait and see. Perhaps we will know something in about 2 weeks. Keep your fingers crossed.
